What does the moving process look like?
Call or Email
This is where you tell us about your move. Who you are, the pick up and drop off location, dates, type of move – storage unit, apartment, shed, house, speciality items, etc. and the date requested.
Let’s Schedule!
After the details are worked out and a date and time has been agreed upon we will send a reservation deposit of $100. Upon payment this locks in your scheduled time. (This deposit will be applied to the final balance.)
Walk Through (Optional)
A free of charge walk through may need to be scheduled for larger jobs or those with speciality items.
Reservation Reminder
You will receive a call from one of the Easy Mover representatives 1 day before your scheduled move to confirm the details of the move.
Moving Day!
This is the fun part! The Easy Mover team will arrive at the designated location. A walk through will be completed in order to develop a plan for the day. Now to start packing. Once your belongings are moved to your new location we unload with the same amount of care and professionalism that we pack them with.
How do I prepare for my move?
The more prepared you are for us the more efficent we can be in completing your move. Having items packed properly in boxes to secure your items before we show up is key to our success. We know this process can be difficult and straining but the more organized you are the more time and money you save in the end. Your consultant is happy to answer any questions you may have about finding resources and supplies, or even to create a custom plan for your move. We’re here for you from start to finish. If this process is to much to handle, we can help you to acquire the necessary things to be prepared for the move, to prep and pack, and even to remove unwanted items and trash.
